Pros
The schedule is very flexible, most full time employees get two full weekends off per month. Company is very generous with paid personal and vacation time.
Cons
Corporate office Micro manages everything at the store level. Completely unrealistic expectations and the stores are always understaffed. Equipment is old and outdated. Pay is horrible. Expect a .10 to .25 cent annual raise.
