All staff are treated like human beings and adults with understanding and compassionate Directors. You are able to have the autonomy to be able to explore ideas with the Directors backing all in a friendly and supportive environment.

No issues - other than previous employees taking advantage of what they thought was a "laid back culture" which ultimately affects the office dynamic. Those have now gone which has created a much more harmonious atmosphere.
