Good Grounding if you're new to Recruitment - Recruitment Consultant Marble Expert Recruitment Employee Review

Genuinely love working here, I feel so supported every day by my management. I also have a lot of career growth options which are candidley spoken about regularly with my leadership and a clear direction to follow. Even though I am based in the Brisbane office, I feel quite connected to our wider national team and feel like I know everyone on a personal level, This is the first place I have felt comfortable when asking to take holidays or time off to book in important appointments. They also have weekly WFH Wednesday's (which I choose to not take because I prefer being in the office with everyone). It is a really good social space for an extravert like me who is driven with lots of events and great incentives on offer at all times!

Nothing major - recruitment is a role where you get out what you put in and it does show. The team are truly amazing and always there to support but you have got to put the effort in yourself.

Being from the UK and moving to Australia meant being very far away from my family. Luckily I come into work everyday feeling so content, excited, happy, and knowing I can speak to anyone about anything if I need to. I love Marble and I am excited to explore my career here!
