Staff are given opportunities to work on substance, work across the organization, and are given the keys to advance. Compensation is very competitive, as is PTO (which is unlimited). And importantly, the firm is not a breeding ground of competition, unlike many firms.

Workload, like at many firms, can at times be busy.
