      Learn a great deal about customer service. Technical products and become a knowledgeable helpful salesperson

      Cons

      Office culture is very "clicky", favorites are picked and scheduling is last minute. Unreasonable in the terms of giving employee breaks, and or personal time.

      Pros

      Tons of free shoes (also great discount at 50%) so great if you are a runner, most employees are runners and are very nice in general. Great high school job and this location was pretty quiet when I was there. Customers are nice compared to other retail environments.

      Cons

      Boss can be a bit of a micro-manager, cares a lot about add on sales such as socks and inserts which can be a little frustrating.
