The pay may appear great, but I have not met a single person with Marathon that does not take on more than 1 role. So, it may appear the pay is higher than competition, but it's a trick since you are actually working two or three jobs in one. Management has been good to me but recently I have zero faith or respect for the new one they've hired. Managers make a huge difference. The layout of the entire thing is just set up for failure and not conducive to efficiency and smooth workflows. No one knows anything and it's very frustrating trying to get answers about anything.
