Had massive layoff recently of business ambassadors - this was rolled out poorly - people knew about layoffs 2 weeks before they happened and there was little to no communication about it.
Leadership is not transparent about the future of the company - this company will have to sell in the next year.
Boasts to customer to have "No Fees" associated with Behavioral Health, yet charges a $25 co-pay to it's own employees
Benefits are terrible - insurance is expensive, big out of pocket
Retirement is matched, but low
PTO is not enough - only 2 weeks
