Pros
I finally feel like am somewhere that I can make a difference in people's lives and their health. Marathon supports and equips us with the ability to build unique one on one relationships with our patients. I can finally say that I have now discovered "this is why I became a nurse practitioner!" The administration is very supportive and encouraging and easy to talk to. They treat everyone equally and they go out of their way to make their ambassadors feel appreciated.
Cons
Honestly, I cannot think of any.
