The atmosphere is extremely toxic. There is a lack of transparency from the management team, which causes a lot of discontent within the team. The pay rate is incredibly low, despite looking to hire people with a Masters degree they are only willing to pay around $35 / hr. Professional development opportunities within the role were limited, infact there wasn't even an induction or training to start the role. This seems extremely unethical considering the vulnerable populations they work with. To add to this, due to the low pay, the company often hires unqualified individuals to perform duties such as management, clinical team lead, and clinical roles. If you are a qualified individual looking to grow professionally, this is probably not the place for you.
