      Pros

      The company treats clients as partners, not just customers. You see this in every project where we go the extra mile to make sure clients’ needs are heard and solutions are tailored. Leadership encourages open communication and fosters a collaborative environment. Opinions are valued, and you really feel like your ideas can make an impact. Plenty of opportunities for professional development through training programs and mentorship, which has helped me grow both personally and professionally.

      Cons

      As with any fast-growing company, processes can sometimes feel stretched. But the team is actively working on standardizing procedures, and there’s a genuine openness to feedback on how to improve.

      Pros

      I came in as an intern and got the oppurtunity to learn iOS mobile development. Good and young mobile team.

      Cons

      after the initial period, I felt that there were no options for progress role and pay wise. The rest of the team was much older and hard to relate as I was much younger. Also management was very disfunctional at times.

      Pros

      The only thing I can think of is posibility of working from hom from time to time and and flexible hours

      Cons

      Chaotic management. Wrong people at wrong positions. No promotions. No Position. No vision. No Mission. Flat hierarhicy for everybody except for two or three guys holding the same "undefined" position for the last 15 years. No-one can surpass them. The pay was good 7 years ago. Now its embarassing. You have no future there. Avoid them.
