      Many people are nice and manufacturers work hard

      Cons

      Leaders are rude and create awful environment. Men can do anything they want and treat people poorly. Not treating women equally.

      Pros

      Good place to get started. Relatively okay company culture and pay, all things considered.

      Cons

      Not a great place to stay long-term. The long-term health impacts are real and important. Pay doesn’t scale up very much.
