Research honorariums and extra summer roles are also quite lucrative. • Coordinators (at least the ones from my department and cluster) are patient and allows people to make mistakes as they grow.

• Promotion to regular status takes 3 years. • When promoted, there is not a good enough raise to your basic salary. The benefits are also quite weak, HMO is almost just for formality with how little it can cover for you.
