Great place for a temporar job and some extra experience as a step in future career development. Atmosphere ok. Colleagues ok. Flexibility ok. Culture ok.
Cons
Unsafe job due to very bad financial issues. Very slow development and very unproductive way of doing things. Not recommended for over 2 years gig, mostly because of the salary policy and no trade union agreement that is not necessary in the advantage of the employee long-term. Chaotic onboarding, trainings and procedures. Unefficiency overall. Forced to search for other opportunities.
