- salaries could move up quickly after joining the company, due to high turnover. - potential to look good on your CV with regular promotions, but for good reason - office location - HR and staff are generally quite nice, but are tired. Get the feeling they've been there a while and would panic if they had to work elsewhere. - flexible hybrid model, but taken advantage of by quite a few staff members
Cons
- management was clueless, from the senior teams to in office. Most of the day to day managers were people who just hadn't been fired yet, so were put in the role without any knowledge how to be a manager - no interest in training programmes. You were hired for a role and you were stuck there unless you got to kiss up to a manager or they could make you work for their own personal goal - unprofessional looking staff - CEO was anonymous, with no clear mission statement - too many layers of management - departments who had no ability to talk to each other - same product had 3 different names in the 2 years I worked there - no longer a dynamic company
