Horrible Management - Corporate Administrator Maples Group Employee Review

Senior management, especially those based in the Cayman Islands, are extremely micromanaging, which makes the work environment frustrating and hard to navigate. The team culture is quite toxic, and the high turnover reflects that as most people don’t stay longer than a year. There has also been a lawsuit filed by employees about management practices and overall workplace treatment. On top of that, the pay doesn’t come close to making up for it. Would not recommend if you value your mental health and a healthy work environment.
