Money. Unnecessary work to be completed at an unnecessary deadline which is a very challenging task for an alien also let alone be a human being.
Cons
Everything. They will cut your salary if it is a long weekend. They will mentally torture you and will make you like how they are which is dumbest person on this earth. They are not a product based company. They only make product as a timepass. Rest of you time will be put in service based part of it. You will be making a career suicide if you join it. Dont go with what they sell you. Even if you donot have any offer, wait for sometime but please dont join this company.
