Pros

Decent Pay Nice Kitchen Staff Friendly Members

Cons

Aren’t able to see tips made per shift lots of checks didn’t add up. Food manager doesn’t like women which makes up 95% of front of the house staff. Instead of the food manager lifting up and encouraging employees to do good, as an employee you will be made to feel incompetent at everything you do. Don’t work here if you hate drama, it’s unfortunate to have experienced and witnessed manager’s talk poorly about other staff members and these mangers are in there 30s-40s and degrade young college students. There is no opportunity for advancement as there is very bad favoritism and no seniority. Overall, you can expect to have tips stolen, be bullied behind your back by management and experience an unfair work environment. They also don’t fire people you will know if you were fired based off of the management completely ghosting you and removing you from the scheduling app as this has happened to 90% of servers/bartenders I have seen let go in the past 3 years. Wouldn’t recommend working here to anyone especially in the front of the house until the food and female bar manager is let go or experience a change of heart as their positions are to help uplift employees not degrade. It’s unfortunate because the work environment used to be so good and tight knit, but now it has been over filled with negativity, unfair opportunities and poor front of house management. The only reason I and others have left is simply front of house management.

Pros

Decent money ( if you can event get scheduled) however, in the long term it’s too mentally draining dealing with the managers ups and downs and dealing with the competitive & judgmental environment.

Cons

They need to have more regulations on how much the members can drink, they just don’t know how to say no. I’ve had countless cases where members have been too drunk, too flirting, incredibly obnoxious and down right inappropriate. Most of the time, the all male management doesn’t notice until we eventually say something but the problems are never fixed long term. There needs to be a serious conversation about this, being that the majority of the staff are bright & beautiful young women. Well they lost quite a few lol. The lack of communication in terms of scheduling and termination is outstanding unprofessional. I think it would be better off if it was run by women and Alan (GM). ( Alan is the exception )
