Pros

Love working here and happy this is the path I've taken. Management team is super kind and approachable, they genuinely want you to succeed. I’ve received valuable training and feel like I’m learning from the best. The team is welcoming and I always feel appreciated. Love the flexibility of working from home. I've already been able to take on a new role here, so there's definitely opportunity for growth.

Cons

Sales can have it's challenges at times, but feedback and support from the team have taught me how to turn challenges into learning experiences that have significantly improved my sales skills.

Pros

Supportive management team that is accessible and responsive. Comprehensive training and onboarding process for new hires. Flexible remote work environment. Opportunities to develop sales and communication skills. Collaborative culture with regular coaching and feedback. Access to leads and ongoing support to help employees.

Cons

There is an emphasis on meeting performance goals, which may require time to build confidence and consistency. The remote work environment requires good self-motivation and organizational skills. Some processes and workflows continue to evolve as the company grows, creating occasional opportunities for adjustment and improvement.

Pros

Very supportive and positive environment. I genuinely enjoy working here. Management and other agents are helpful, encouraging, and welcoming. Proven system that produces results if you stay consistent, with warm leads provided. Freedom and flexibility to work independently without micromanagement.

Cons

Success is heavily dependent on consistency and personal discipline. Commission-only compensation can be challenging for people who are not self-motivated.
