Mis-management of the business from top down management. Company policies keep changing, no clear directions. Industry peers are very confused what the organisation is heading towards. Extremely high turnover. Cumbersome paperwork that does not add value to the job. Highly inefficient work process. IT team created more useless softwares with faults so that they can continue to keep their jobs. They are merely facilitating the management to collect data. For business they are not familiar with, they will close down the entity department overnight. No considerations given to redeploy staff at all.
