      Pros

      I, generally, enjoyed working here. I felt as though our leadership team was fair and my efforts and contributions were recognized.

      Cons

      Training could be better. Two weeks is not a sufficient amount of training.

      Pros

      The people working there form a great team. The workplace has decent flexibility hours and work from home arrangements; however, work from home is extremely tedious and doesn't work well - leading to potential issues.

      Cons

      Low & uncompetitive salaries. Work is never ending, in a bad way. Decisions are made without considering the right employees and there is a major cost cutting exercise by eliminating employees, meaning not a steady job.
