Pros

The people are really supportive and there to help.

Cons

It’s hectic. There are more days than less that it is busy all day long. Gets to the point where the sound of a phone ringing becomes like nails on a chalk board. Very strict on the standard of service.

Pros

The people working there form a great team. The workplace has decent flexibility hours and work from home arrangements; however, work from home is extremely tedious and doesn't work well - leading to potential issues.

Cons

Low & uncompetitive salaries. Work is never ending, in a bad way. Decisions are made without considering the right employees and there is a major cost cutting exercise by eliminating employees, meaning not a steady job.
