      Overall company is good, benefits good, good coworkers, good place to work

      Lack of communication, rates not very competitive, lack of support from a supervisor or boss, no opportunity for advancement. low salary pay.

      Pros

      The people working there form a great team. The workplace has decent flexibility hours and work from home arrangements; however, work from home is extremely tedious and doesn't work well - leading to potential issues.

      Cons

      Low & uncompetitive salaries. Work is never ending, in a bad way. Decisions are made without considering the right employees and there is a major cost cutting exercise by eliminating employees, meaning not a steady job.
