Pros
Great benefits, good hours, decent pay. If you need anything, they take care of you. Their Ergo departmentales sure you are comfortable at your desk and provides you with anything that you need.
Cons
The workload is unrealistic. You get at least 15-20 claims a day, on top of taking care of inbound/outbound calls, rentals, appraisals, tasks and reminders for each claim. You constantly have over 100 emails daily....and you're expected to have everything as current as the week your in. Working overtime should be to help you get ahead, not keep you from drowning.
