      Pros

      Very invested in making sure that the intern gets as much exposure to the company as they can. Many opportunities to network with other leaders in the company.

      Cons

      There weren't any downsides.

      Pros

      The people working there form a great team. The workplace has decent flexibility hours and work from home arrangements; however, work from home is extremely tedious and doesn't work well - leading to potential issues.

      Cons

      Low & uncompetitive salaries. Work is never ending, in a bad way. Decisions are made without considering the right employees and there is a major cost cutting exercise by eliminating employees, meaning not a steady job.
