Pros
good structure. resources are readily available via websites. Workload is not extreme but you will be doing most things yourself.
Cons
No benefits for hourlies/no full time opportunity other than assistant. Inflexible policies that do not apply to all situations but must be adhered to. Quick to add "Terminable Offenses" constantly. No second chances or mistakes are allowed. This is a good STARTER company to train a manager. Compensation is minimal and micromanaging is key to success. Don't come here hoping to advance and eventually make big $$$
