Compensation is at industry standard.
Cons
Upper Management talks but does not deliver. Integrity is needed. Execs need to get in the field and see what they are asking and if it makes sense. Need to change the negative culture of the company. Checking the box and micro management is their game. Too many stores- useless tasks to manage efficiently and add profit to the bottom line. Antiquated operating systems. Poor training. Revolving door in upper management. Good people do not stay long. Branding issues. Poor morale. Too many problems to fix quickly.
