Pros

Talented and driven team, high-growth environment with meaningful ownership, great benefits, and a strong culture. People are kind, positive, and genuinely supportive, which makes collaboration enjoyable even at a fast pace.

Cons

Fast-paced environment that can feel intense during launches, with periods of high activity. That said, the growth, learning, and impact make it well worth it.

Pros

Austin office is fun and the Marketing Team is a wonderful team to join.

Cons

Leadership style from the COO created a toxic environment. During my time at the company, the COO’s approach often felt authoritarian and dismissive, which made collaboration difficult and discouraged open communication. Feedback was not welcomed, and decisions were frequently delivered top-down without transparency or consideration for team input. Concerns about retaliation and lack of psychological safety. Raising issues or offering constructive feedback often felt risky. The culture around the COO’s organization did not promote trust, and many team members operated in a state of tension or fear of repercussions. Possible suppression of employee feedback. I previously submitted a candid review that later disappeared from the site. While I cannot confirm the reason, the removal raised concerns for me about whether negative employee experiences are being flagged or challenged by leadership rather than addressed internally. High stress, inconsistent direction, and low support. Expectations were often unclear or changed abruptly, leading to rework and unnecessary pressure. Support from leadership was limited, and teams were often blamed rather than coached.
