Pros

Incredible work /life balance, rewarding outcomes for clients, challenges vary weekly, there is always something fun and new to work on. New CEO and. Hair who are each engaging and knowledgeable

Cons

Very autonomous work load, you cannot just “ cruise along” you will be challenged to the limits of your capabilities. ( this should be a positive!)

Pros

Flexibility to work autonomously from home and opportunity to make a difference for people leas fortunate. Good pay compared to similar roles. Thats it.

Cons

P&C are an absolute nightmare to deal with. Good operators are thrown under the bus regularly and demoralised, whilst poor workers are a protected species. Front line teams aren't given the respect and appreciation they deserve and are treated as minions. Never have I experienced toxicity induced trauma like it.

Pros

Some of the co-workers were kind and supportive, but that’s about the only positive thing I can think of.

Cons

The workplace culture is extremely toxic. I was continually harassed and discriminated against to the point where I felt I had no choice but to leave. I would have definitely had a case with Fair Work given the severity of the treatment I endured, but I decided it was easier to walk away. Unfortunately, I wasn’t the only one — many employees experienced similar treatment. The turnover rate here is shockingly high, and management’s style is built on micromanagement and constant questioning rather than trust or respect.
