“Poor Management, No Clarity, and Unresolved Payment Problems - Manager, Vendor Management Manufacturing Partnering Group Employee Review

I worked at MPG and, although it initially seemed like a promising opportunity, my overall experience was ultimately disappointing. One of the main challenges is the lack of clarity around job expectations. During the hiring process, certain responsibilities and growth opportunities are presented, but they do not fully reflect the day-to-day reality. Additionally, there is limited visibility into the company’s projects, as what is communicated does not always align with what is actually happening. There also appears to be a lack of consistent commitment from the company toward its employees. Internal communication can be unclear, which at times leads to confusion and a sense of disorganization. A particularly concerning issue in my case was a delay in payment for more than six months, which, as of today, remains unresolved. This situation can understandably impact trust and financial stability. The workload can be demanding relative to the resources available, which may create ongoing pressure. As for the work environment, it varies by team, but overall there seems to be limited transparency and a relatively high turnover rate. On the positive side, some colleagues contribute to a more supportive environment, which I appreciated. However, this does not fully offset the broader structural challenges. My recommendation would be to carefully evaluate all aspects of the opportunity and ask detailed questions during the hiring process before making a decision.
