Pros
There are some genuinely talent and wonderful people who work at Mantel group.
Cons
The HR team run the business, if they don't like you, or if you challenge them, you're out. The expectations are ridiculously high and there is no support to achieve them. They also don't tell you everything that they expect of you. You have to "figure it out" There are no metrics or reporting from a people standpoint, people decisions are based on what's observed by a small group of people (primarily HR) and their opinions hold the most weight.
