Many of those partnerships have evolved over time into long-term, trusted relationships. Being able to help customers navigate fuel supply challenges, optimize their operations, and stay resilient during market swings has been one of the most fulfilling parts of the job.

Like any company of its size and complexity, there are always areas that can be improved—process alignment and internal coordination can sometimes be challenging—but overall, the experience has been positive and professionally rewarding

I've been with Mansfield Oil for two years now, and it's been a genuinely great experience.
