Pros
Most employees are hard-working, helpful, decent supportive colleagues. No bitchiness and a friendly atmosphere despite the tough current situation. Work/life balance is fine, even when working in a position with deadlines, I only have a late night once every few months.
Cons
Staff do not feel valued any more, training is for company benefit only, employees are leaving in droves because of Balfour Beatty's changes to company structure, much uncertainty, many offices being closed, unrealistic targets imposed, trusted senior management being kicked out to appease shareholders, no staff morale, etc.
