Pros

They are self motivated. For this they post reviews filled with the praises in others name. The management team takes care of this very carefully.

Cons

The days are gone when Mansa used to provide a good career growth and learning. 1) Work continuously for 12 hours but still they want you to sacrifice your personal hours for company. And this is not sometimes, it is a daily routine. 2) Managing things is not easy. You will be bombarded with the tasks and remember everything is urgent and needs to be done ASAP. If not delivered or gets delayed "How come? I am surprised." 3) You can never gain the trust from your Boss, no matter what ever you do how you do. 4) They can't give you increment but expect you to work like "Rajnikant". 5) No code reviews, no management but expect a fine quality work from freshers. 6) There is a scarcity of projects. Only the support work is there. Learning is limited here. If you want to learn more don't opt for it.

Pros

Firstly, I thank you for the great course. It was really a good experience being trained by you. Each and every topic mentioned in the course content was covered in the training. And talking about the clarifications to our questions, you never disappointed and we never had problem understanding what you explained to us. You were always open to the questions and never hesitated to explain the stuff again and again. Overall, I rate the course a 5 on 5.

Cons

The only drawback was that the course could have been distributed for a little longer span with shorter session times, I think it is worth spending 30 days for the course.

Pros

Feel like you're a part of a startup but work in a relatively established company. Lot's of constant learning. Immense potential for personal, professional, and career growth.

Cons

It's not really a con, but as a growing company you have to adjust expectations. Budget can be limited at times during the growth phase. This is not a big, maintaining corporate company and all the benefits that go with that. This is a growing company still in high growth stages.
