Pros
Working as a PM, I had a good fortune to work closely with the company's Leadership. The company and the leadership is very driven and they truly know how to bounce back. There have been many negative reviews of the company lately, but if you're not competitive, driven and focused enough you might feel a tad bit overwhelmed and would have felt compelled to take it out on the company. It shouldn't have been the case. Everyone that I've worked with have got a great chance at learning and have become a knowledge powerhouse in a very short span of time. It's a competitive world out there, outsmarting and outshining the competition is the need of the hour. To achieve this folks have to be on their toes to match the pace. It was overall a great learning experience. Was able to look at the ups and downs and have accumulated great memories. I have shared a great working relationship with every single soul in the company during my tenure.

Nothing as such. Company is growing leaps and bounds and they take any necessary step to make sure the company is right on upward path
