*I have joined recently with Manras Technologies as a Content Writer | Marketing Department - The company culture as for my team is pretty decent and good. - The work I do is good enough for me and my managers and team members are adjusting. -The team culture is good and the overall work culture is also decent. - Team mates and colleagues are friendly and nice to talk to and connect with.

Cons

- Work hours are 10-6.30 p.m. which is a bit too long. - No flexibility in work hours and no Work From Home allowed until an extreme emergency (hardly 1 or 2 allowed). - Leave policy is fine but not great. Sandwich leave policy is there which is not a good thing. - Salary is deducted in case of sandwich leaves and also if you are coming late.
