Great start bad finish - Anonymous employee Mannatech Employee Review

Great start but over the past year politics have become unbearable. People who aren't qualified are brought in simply because of connections and there is a double standard of work. Back stabbing is an issue. There's a feeling things are really going south fast. Some of the worst leadership I've seen to date. Managers ride on the coattails of good workers. The CEO almost ran the company into the ground because he wanted to open in a market that had no real potential but his family and own pocket benefited from it so it was made a priority. The CEO also went throughout the office after the last election shouting how America will be great again. Gross!
