very high turnover. the company alway ask staff to relocate on very short notice, quite inconsiderate especially for those with families or personal responsibilities. only prioritise in satisfying the client instead of improving their management. no overtime pay, and staff's hardwork are not acknowledged

Can only learn the challenge of constructions

Poor management with high turnover, low pay, limited concern for staff welfare, and unclear directions. Many staff are new and lack sufficient experience, leading to challenges in workflow and coordination. definitely areas that need serious improvement.
