One of the most positive and welcoming work environments I've experienced. The culture is fun, creative and collaborative, and leadership truly values employees and their ideas. It's the kind of place where hard work is noticed, people support each other, and you feel encouraged to take ownership and be proactive. The team energy is incredible and makes coming to work enjoyable.

The environment is fast-paced, so adaptability is important. As the company continues to grow, some systems and processes are still being refined, which can occasionally create growing pains. Workloads can also get bust during larger projects or launches.

Never a dull moment, challenging, rewarding and fun. Great benefits, flexible working hours, lots of room for growth and promotions. This is still a young company with much to improve but team feedback is welcomed and encouraged.
