There are great people to work with. Big emphasis on training and improvement. Consistent paychecks. Ample time off both paid and unpaid.
Cons
Due to the nature of the job and how the 12-hour shifts are set up on a 2-2-3 rotation, it is difficult to do anything outside of work, like in-person college or any part-time jobs if you want.
