      Pros

      Very good benefits - as part of privately held Cox Enterprises, the benefits are first class. The other Cox companies are much better managed, however. Top tier of management seems good except they don't know the poor practices of their first and second level managers.

      Often very poor management practices by first and second level managers. Many unhappy individuals on several teams I work with.

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling, and plenty of volunteer time, if you need extra money in your pocket - the ability to use your cell phone - have a lot of freedom without people looking over your back directly. But they're constantly scouring the lot watching. They call it policing the lot

      Cons

      Little room for advancement unless you are young - managers act like they're bi polar smile at you one minute and give you a dirty look the next - GM is very toxic and is a liar. Compensation is only slightly over minimum wage - company makes billions in profit - work outside in every weather condition, whether it's pouring rain and 5° or sunny and 100°
