Pros

Like other reviews say MTS is a great MSP, it’s a tight-knit family that runs a well oiled service driven machine because they care. MTS cares about the client, the employees, and the culture. They’ve given me many self driven opportunities, I got a chance to tackle higher level service escalation, to working very close with one client, to migrating infrastructure, and working remotely fully time. It’s a place where hard work is celebrated and recognized. The experience I have gained as made me a very well rounded engineer and has better developed my personal work skills. Thank you MTS for everything.

Cons

Working in an MSP has it fair shares of long hours and dynamic scheduling. You need to be able to work under pressure and move at a fast pace. Sometimes it can feel hectic but its part of the business.

Pros

One of the most enjoyable places I have ever worked. Solid executives with a full open door policy. Most employees have been here for a number of years and the firm invests in keeping the techs growing their technical abilities along with soft skill development. Tons of technology, all facets, done right. This is the kind of place that offers a work / life balance that is quickly blurred by the relationships you build. A healthy and natural progression as a result of working here.

Cons

This is not a place to work if you are soft and / or cannot handle a fast-paced workflow. I can only speak for the tech side but if you cannot handle yourself technically OR make the investment in growing yourself maybe this firm is not for you. You are expected to perform.

Pros

Interesting customers and a lot of learning opportunities

Cons

Management didn't care about anyone other than the VPs and themselves - everyone else was treated like whatever
