      No work/life balance unless you demand it Expected to work in excess of 40 hours with no reward Clients nickel and dimed to death Cannot work from home unless personal emergency No security ~ your position can be eliminated at any time for any reason

      Pros

      Fun environment with loving peers and colleagues. Great job for college grads to learn a lot quickly.

      Cons

      - little to no growth, even when the bar keeps setting higher and higher. - Very Poor Management and Directs - Top-heavy company - Voice isnt heard from management or directs. - No clear instructions on tasks. - Before one project is done, another is stacked on top, juggling another task to complete.
