Pros
- working schedule flexible (worker itself chooses working hours); - salary payments on time (always); - career possibilities (sometimes; depends on department and boss); - good colleagues (still there can be sometimes not so easy to communicate colleagues).
Cons
- to many burocracy (many internal regulations from different departments); - working with IT depatment is hard cause of their numerous regulations and slow developing speed (this changed in 2016; maybe in future developing speed will be good).
