Everyone who works here genuinely cares about the environment, the work and each other. It's not always easy, and while not everyone works in the same location there is always a feeling that we're in this together.

The company is small and, like most startups has limited resources. It's a high risk, potentially high reward situation. For me that's not really a con, but for many it will be.

The team is very intelligent and friendly. The materials they are producing have great potential and they are a leader in circular production.
