Pros

-People are very mission-oriented, we truly care about what we are doing and want to make a difference -Everyone's opinion is respected and head, regardless of how long you've been at the company or how experienced you are -So many opportunities for growth and learning. These are two things that everyone at the company values and wants to help others achieve -We are a close, tight-knit group that really cares about each other. The connections I've made through working here are ones that last beyond when I leave the office each day and when someone leaves the company -Constructive feedback is encouraged and the people here do a good job of using that feedback to become better at what they do

Cons

-We're a small company trying to do a lot, so chances are high you'll end up doing things outside of your traditional job role

Pros

I worked at Mango for a few years. They're a small team working to fight a big challenge. Everyone is smart, capable, and pulls their weight. You can always raise your hand and get involved in any area of the business that is of interest. There's not a ton of oversight and they trust their employees, so if you have an idea, you are encouraged to run with it. They had an awesome new CEO step in recently. He's given the team clear goals to work towards and has helped reshape how the leadership team executes. The flexibility and work/life balance can't be beaten. Most of the management have kids, so they openly put their drop off/pick up times in their calendars. It's never a problem if you need to work from home due to an errand or appointment. They've hired some great managers over the last 2 years who really care about their people and team.

Cons

It's a startup, so there's a lot of work to be done, but if you take the initiative, there's a clear path towards growth for you.
