      Lovely coworkers, nice customers, quite chill. Management are lovely, really friendly and understanding.

      Cons

      Very quiet so it’s quite boring. Because it’s so quiet, there’s a lot of emphasis on sales for so little pay. Lots of work to do as well for minimum wage

      Competitive pay range, ability to be promoted quickly

      Cons

      Unprofessional management from district manager level up to regional team. No support in achieving business metrics. Unachievable sales targets, based on no market research. No accountability from anyone. All blame for store business is put onto store manager.
