      The pay is quite high but not worth the trauma

      Cons

      Do not work at the Wisma branch the managers are horrible and mean, with no organisation skills among themselves. Toxic work environment 😅😅 and extremely inflexible.

      Competitive pay range, ability to be promoted quickly

      Cons

      Unprofessional management from district manager level up to regional team. No support in achieving business metrics. Unachievable sales targets, based on no market research. No accountability from anyone. All blame for store business is put onto store manager.
