      Manager wanted me to move erratically fast just to appear as if I was working hard when in reality, it made no difference to my efficiency. Mice in stockroom.

      Competitive pay range, ability to be promoted quickly

      Cons

      Unprofessional management from district manager level up to regional team. No support in achieving business metrics. Unachievable sales targets, based on no market research. No accountability from anyone. All blame for store business is put onto store manager.
