      -Really friendly atmosphere - allocated good hours - everyone willing to help with any concerns when training

      -Management started turning downhill towards the end of my employment, almost as if showing bias in the rosters.

      Competitive pay range, ability to be promoted quickly

      Cons

      Unprofessional management from district manager level up to regional team. No support in achieving business metrics. Unachievable sales targets, based on no market research. No accountability from anyone. All blame for store business is put onto store manager.
