      - everyone’s really nice and welcoming - easy to grasp - nice environment

      Cons

      I enjoyed my time in mango and I think it was like any other retail store , when it gets busy it’s gets tiring but again that’s like most other clothing shops

      Competitive pay range, ability to be promoted quickly

      Cons

      Unprofessional management from district manager level up to regional team. No support in achieving business metrics. Unachievable sales targets, based on no market research. No accountability from anyone. All blame for store business is put onto store manager.
